对僵蚕氯仿部位进行分离纯化并考察其抗惊厥活性。采用硅胶柱色谱分离氯仿部位;运用MS和NMR分析鉴定化合物结构。从僵蚕中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β,5α,8α-三醇、白僵菌素、6,9-氧桥-麦角甾-7,22-双烯-3-醇及β-胡萝卜苷,其中6,9-氧桥-麦角甾-7,22-双烯-3-醇首次从僵蚕中获得。白僵菌素为环肽类化合物,抗惊厥试验验证结果显示其具有抗惊厥活性,可作为僵蚕质量控制的指标。
The silkworm part of silkworm was isolated and purified and investigated its anticonvulsant activity. Chloroform fractions were separated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by MS and NMR. Five compounds were isolated and identified from silkworm, β-sitosterol, ergosta-6,22-diene-3β, 5α, 8α-triol, 7, 22-dien-3-ol and β-daucosterol, of which 6,9-oxo-ergistetra-7,22-dien-3-ol was obtained from silkworm for the first time. Beauveria is a cyclic peptide compound. The results of anticonvulsant test showed that it has anticonvulsant activity and can be used as an indicator of silkworm quality control.
