该文通过对中国知网(CNKI)中国引文数据库收录的全国广播电视大学教师在1999年至2008年发表论文的被引用情况进行统计分析,从一个侧面对广播电视大学系统教师这10年间的科研绩效进行评价,分析发现40位科研绩效较为突出的研究人员;采用文献计量法,通过计算合著指数、合著率等指标来发现合作研究的水平,并采用社会网络分析方法对教师队伍中的科研团队进行分析,以合著学术论文为依据来探索研究者凝聚子群,然后借助社会网络分析软件UCINET来对研究者凝聚子群进行可视化表示。通过上述两方面的调查与分析,可以从一个侧面反映开放教育实施10年来全国广播电视大学教师的科学研究现状。
