果蔬气调贮藏保鲜技术是近年来研制开发的新技术,目前在世界各国正推广应用,特别是在一些经济发达的国家(如美、日、意、澳等)气调保鲜量占总冷藏量的80%。我国自20世纪90年代开始先后在山东、江苏等果蔬主要产地开始试验示范该项技术,到目前为止,我国气调保鲜量仅占冷藏量的10%左右,但在近期发展速度较快。调查表明:该技术适合我国农村大量推广应用,今后将有利于促进农产品增值,有利于加快农业结构调整的步伐。
Air-conditioned storage of fruits and vegetables preservation technology in recent years, research and development of new technologies, are now being promoted in all countries in the world, especially in some economically developed countries (such as the United States, Japan, Italy, Australia, etc.) Of the 80%. Since the beginning of 1990s, China has begun experimenting and demonstrating the technology in the major producing areas of fruits and vegetables in Shandong and Jiangsu Provinces. So far, only about 10% of refrigerated storage capacity has been maintained in our country, but the development speed is relatively fast in the near future. The survey shows that this technology is suitable for a large number of popularization and application in rural areas of our country and will be conducive to promoting the value-added of agricultural products and accelerating the pace of agricultural structural adjustment in the future.
