在幼儿教育中,积极开展户外体育活动,有利于幼儿的健康成长。传统的幼儿教育中,大量的体育活动都是以同年龄、同伴等进行开展的。虽然取得了一定的教育效果,但是其活动的形式单一,内容受限,影响了幼儿的体育锻炼效果。鉴于这样的情况,采用混龄教育理论,积极组织开展幼儿户外混龄区域的体育活动,可以为幼儿提供更好的成长空间,促进幼儿户外体育活动的开展。
In early childhood education, actively carry out outdoor sports activities, is conducive to the healthy growth of children. Traditional early childhood education, a large number of physical activity are carried out by the same age, peers and so on. Although a certain educational effect has been achieved, its activities have a single form and limited content, which affects the effect of children’s physical exercise. In view of this situation, the use of mixed-age education theory, and actively organize early childhood outdoor mixed-age sports activities, young children can provide better space for growth, and promote children’s outdoor sports activities.
