为了研究不同形状截齿的强度特征,针对截齿截割过程实际外负载为随机载荷的特点,利用LS-DYNA建立了结构形状不同的3种柔性体截齿实体模型,根据显示动力学理论构建基于I-E-F本构模型的岩石模型。通过对3种形状截齿截割过程进行仿真,得到截齿齿尖处的应力曲线变化及其统计值,以及不同硬质岩石下截齿的受力和变化趋势。所得结果为研究截齿形状对其强度的影响,提高截齿工作使用寿命提供了依据,为截齿的选择、设计和使用提供一种新的手段和方法。
In order to study the strength characteristics of picks with different shapes, aiming at the fact that the actual external load is a random load during pick cutting, three solid body picks with different structure shapes were established by using LS-DYNA. According to the display dynamics theory Rock model based on IEF constitutive model. Through the simulation of the cutting process of the three shapes of picks, the change of stress curve and its statistical value at the tip of the pick and the force and change tendency of picks under different hard rock are obtained. The results provide a basis for studying the influence of the shape of the pick on its strength and improving the service life of the pick, providing a new means and method for selecting, designing and using the pick.
