沥青路面的冷再生施工过程中,混合料的含水量直接影响到路面结构层的再生质量,现有的国产路面冷再生机喷洒系统控制精度低、操作复杂且可靠性差。提出一套经济、实用的测控方案,在阐述冷再生机系统构成和喷洒系统工作原理的基础上,论述路面冷再生机智能喷洒系统关键硬件电路的设计和控制算法的实现,采用参数自适应模糊PID(proportional-integral-derivative比例-积分-微分调节)技术对路面冷再生机的喷洒控制系统进行设计。该控制系统运用模糊理论整定PID参数,将模糊推理和PID控制有机结合在一起,能在线调节PWM(Pulse Width Modulation脉冲宽度调制)的脉宽,实现了喷洒输出的自寻优控制,有效地提高道路冷再生的质量和效率。
In the process of cold reclamation of asphalt pavement, the water content of the mixture directly affects the quality of reclamation of the pavement structure layer. The existing domestic reclamation system of cold reclamation machine has low control accuracy, complicated operation and poor reliability. An economic and practical measurement and control plan is put forward. On the basis of expatiating the system constitution of cold regenerative machine and the working principle of the spraying system, the design and control algorithm of the key hardware circuit of intelligent regenerative machine spraying system are discussed. The parameter adaptive fuzzy PID (proportional-integral-derivative proportional-integral-differential adjustment) technology to design the spray control system of road surface reclamation machine. The control system uses fuzzy theory to set PID parameters. Combining fuzzy reasoning and PID control, the PWM pulse width modulation (PWM) pulse width can be adjusted online to achieve self-optimization control of spray output, which effectively improves Quality and efficiency of road cold regeneration.
