研制出一种内核无孔、表面粗糙、具有良好的导热性与耐磨性的刚玉球载体,其制备流程简单、操作方便。该载体用于制备芳烃选择氧化的表面涂层催化剂时,选择性和活性均较好。以该载体制备的V-Ti-Sb催化剂用于邻二甲苯氯化,苯酐重量收率达110%。并初步用于萘氧化制苯酐、蒽氧化制蒽醌、烷基苯氧化制均苯四甲酸二酐等反应,效果尚好。
A kind of corundum ball carrier with non-porous core, rough surface, good thermal conductivity and wear resistance was developed. The preparation process is simple and easy to operate. The carrier has good selectivity and activity for the preparation of aromatics selectively oxidized surface-coating catalysts. The V-Ti-Sb catalyst prepared from this support was used for the o-xylene chlorination. The yield of phthalic anhydride was 110%. And initially used for naphthalene oxidation of phthalic anhydride, anthracene anthraquinone oxidation, alkyl benzene oxidation pyromellitic dianhydride reaction, the effect is still good.
