甲状腺过氧化物酶(thyroid peroxidase,TPO)是甲状腺激素合成的关键酶之一,对此虽也做过一些研究,但对TPO与碘有机化同时进行观察的报告尚少。本文就Graves’甲亢、桥本甲状腺炎(简称桥本甲炎)、地方性甲状腺肿(简称地甲肿)及亚急性甲状腺炎(简称亚急甲炎)等甲状腺粗针穿刺取材所得之甲状腺组织经组化染色观察TPO之变化,并与临床过氯酸钾释放试验相参照,探讨碘有机化与TPO的关系。
Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) is one of the key enzymes in the synthesis of thyroid hormone. Although some studies have been done on it, there are few reports on the simultaneous observation of TPO and iodine organogenesis. In this paper, Graves’ hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), endemic goiter (thyroid gland swelling) and subacute thyroiditis (subacute thyroiditis) and other thyroid thick needle aspiration of the thyroid tissue obtained The changes of TPO were observed by histochemical staining, and compared with clinical potassium perchlorate release test to explore the relationship between iodine organic and TPO.
