平均寿命是LED应用产品可靠性的重要参数之一,也是LED可靠性研究的重点,但LED的可靠性评测并非易事。针对LED应用产品可靠性评估的问题,对电子行业的可靠性概念进行了简要介绍。对LED应用产品的失效模式和失效机理进行分析和研究,提出了采用定时截尾试验的点估计和区间估计方法,通过此方法来有效地评估LED应用产品的平均寿命。在求得平均寿命后,计算平均寿命的倒数即可得到该产品的失效率。该方法可以在较短的时间内方便、有效地对LED应用产品的平均寿命指标进行评估,从而避免一些标准要求较长的试验时间给生产企业带来的困扰。
Average life expectancy is one of the important parameters of the reliability of LED applications, but also the focus of LED reliability research, but LED reliability evaluation is not easy. For the reliability evaluation of LED applications, the concept of reliability of the electronics industry is briefly introduced. The failure mode and failure mechanism of LED application products are analyzed and researched. The point estimation and interval estimation method based on time-censored test are proposed. By this method, the average life span of LED application products can be effectively evaluated. After obtaining the average life expectancy, calculate the reciprocal of the average life expectancy to get the failure rate of the product. The method can conveniently and effectively evaluate the average life expectancy of LED application products in a short period of time, so as to avoid troubles to the manufacturing enterprises caused by some standards requiring a longer test time.
