文章以太阳能产业为个案,选取微博作为切入点,探究网络社交媒体服务于战略性新兴产业的现状及特点。结合定性与定量研究方法,从信息用户(信息服务者)、信息服务内容、信息服务策略、信息关注度四个角度开展现状调查。在此基础上,分析微博为太阳能产业提供信息服务的最大优势是及时反映、追踪信息需求及其变化,特点主要包括及时性、新颖性、可调整性、交互性与多元性,最后提出完善战略性新兴产业微博信息服务的建议。
Taking the solar energy industry as a case, this article selects Weibo as an entry point and explores the status quo and characteristics of online social media services in strategic emerging industries. Combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods, the status quo investigation is carried out from the perspectives of information users (information service providers), information service contents, information service strategies and information attention degrees. On this basis, the biggest advantage of providing information services for the solar energy industry is to timely reflect and track the information needs and changes of Weibo. The characteristics include the timeliness, novelty, adjustability, interactivity and diversity, and finally improve Strategic emerging industries Weibo information service recommendations.
