目的:通过测定不同产地白芍药材中没食子酸、芍药苷等7个成分及Fe、Mg等24种微量元素的含量,探讨白芍药材中物质成分间的关系,为白芍药材的质量评价提供参考。方法:采用微波消解-电感等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定白芍中24种微量元素的含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定没食子酸、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚7个成分的含量;通过灰色关联和相关分析法对不同产地白芍的质量排序及主成分含量和微量元素的相互关系进行分析。结果:不同产地白芍主成分及微量元素含量有一定的差异,白芍中的不同成分、各种微量元素之间存在一定的相关性。结论:上述方法及模型可以用于白芍药材质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of 24 trace elements such as gallic acid and paeoniflorin from different origins of Radix Paeoniae Alba, and discuss the relationship between the components of Radix Paeoniae Alba, to provide the quality evaluation of Radix Paeoniae Alba reference. Methods: The contents of 24 trace elements in Radix Paeoniae Alba were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The contents of gallic acid, paeoniflorin, paeoniflorin, 2,3,4,6-penta-galloylglucose, benzoic acid, benzoyl paeoniflorin and paeonol. The gray correlation and correlation analysis were used to analyze the quality of Radix paeoniae alba and its main components And trace elements of the correlation analysis. Results: The main components and the content of trace elements of Radix Paeoniae Alba were different in different areas. There was a certain correlation between different components in Radix Paeoniae Alba and various trace elements. Conclusion: The above methods and models can be used for the quality evaluation of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
