目的:对分化型甲状腺癌组织中HSP70(为热休克蛋白70的简称)与TNF(为肿瘤坏死因子的简称)-α的表达以及和临床中病理的关联性进行分析和讨论。方法:选取2015年8月至2017年5月期间收集的分化型甲状腺癌的切除样品36例,取出36例良性病变的甲状腺组织样品和36例无病变的甲状腺组织样品,通过对PCR技术的应用,对组织中HSP70和TNF-α的表达进行检测,然后对分化型甲状腺癌组织中HSP70与TNF-α的表达以及和临床中病理的关联性进行分析和讨论。结果:经过对比可得出,癌组织中的HSP70与TNF-α在表达量方面高于正常组织以及病变组织,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);HSP70与TNF-α的表达与临床病理分期的相关性均为正相关,TNF-α的表达与颈淋巴结转移之间的相关性为正相关,两组对比均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分化型甲状腺癌组织中HSP70与TNF-α的表达较高,HSP70与TNF-α的表达与临床病理的分期的相关性均为正相关。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the expression of HSP70 (short for heat shock protein 70) and TNF (short for tumor necrosis factor) -α in differentiated thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathology. Methods: Thirty-six cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma collected from August 2015 to May 2017 were selected. 36 cases of benign thyroid tissue samples and 36 cases of non-pathological thyroid tissue samples were removed. Through the application of PCR technology , And detected the expression of HSP70 and TNF-α in tissues. Then the expression of HSP70 and TNF-α in differentiated thyroid carcinoma and the relationship with clinical pathology were analyzed and discussed. Results: After comparing, the expression of HSP70 and TNF-α in cancer tissues were higher than that in normal tissues and diseased tissues (P <0.05); The expression of HSP70 and TNF-α were correlated with the clinicopathological stage The positive correlation was found between the expression of TNF-α and the metastasis of cervical lymph nodes. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HSP70 and TNF-α in differentiated thyroid cancer is high, and the correlation between the expression of HSP70 and TNF-α and the clinicopathological stages are all positive.
