本文考察了基体(氧化钐)浓度的变化对稀土杂质谱线强度的影响;对相应基体浓度下待测元素的分析线进行了选择;讨论了采用内标法以降低基体影响的可能性。实验结果表明:当氧化钐的浓度小于1mg/ml时,待测稀土元素谱线强度的变化不超过10%。若选择基体浓度为0.5mg/ml进样,以钪作内标,可以不用基体匹配而完全消除基体的抑制效应和改善方法的精密度。本法测定稀土的检出限分别为0.0009~0.11μg/ml;RSD为0.80~4.3%;可以满足1~2个“9”氧化钐分析的要求。
In this paper, the effect of the change of matrix (samarium oxide) concentration on the spectral line intensity of rare earth impurities was investigated. The analysis line of the element to be tested was selected at the corresponding matrix concentration. The possibility of using the internal standard method to reduce the matrix influence was also discussed. The experimental results show that when the concentration of samarium oxide is less than 1 mg / ml, the change of the intensity of the rare earth element line under test does not exceed 10%. If the matrix concentration of 0.5mg / ml is selected for injection, scandium can be used as an internal standard, so that the inhibition effect of the matrix can be completely eliminated and the precision of the method can be improved without matrix matching. The detection limits of rare earth by this method are 0.0009 ~ 0.11μg / ml respectively; RSD is 0.80 ~ 4.3%; It can meet the requirements of 1 ~ 2 “9” samarium oxide analysis.
