目的通过对不同行业个人剂量异常值进行研究,了解异常值发生的频度及原因,为放射工作人员职业照射相关标准的制定及放射安全的分类监管提供依据。方法对江苏省部分放射工作人员个人剂量监测数据进行汇总分析。结果Ⅱ类源、Ⅱ类射线装置使用单位个人剂量监测结果相对较高,Ⅰ类源、Ⅲ类源使用单位及医院、伴生矿企业存在个别剂量结果较高的情况。结论导致个人剂量测值异常的主要原因是人为因素,监管部门应加强对移动探伤企业的管理,减少人为因素对放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果的影响。
OBJECTIVE To study the frequency and causes of outliers occurring in different industries and to find the basis for the establishment of radiation exposure standards and the classification and supervision of radiation safety. Methods The data of personal dose monitoring of some radiation workers in Jiangsu Province were collected and analyzed. Results The monitoring results of personal dose of unit Ⅱ source and unit Ⅱ ray unit were relatively high. The results of individual dose of Ⅰ source, Ⅲ source unit and hospitals and associated mining enterprises were higher. Conclusion The main reason leading to abnormal dose measurement is human factors. Regulatory authorities should strengthen the management of mobile flaw detection enterprises and reduce the influence of human factors on the monitoring result of personal dose of radiation workers.
