目的探讨中药祛瘀生新方对慢性间歇性缺氧(CIH)模型大鼠的氧化应激(OS)、炎症反应的作用及其防治机制。方法应用间歇缺氧/再氧合动物舱,建立CIH大鼠模型,将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为CIH组、空白对照组(空白组)、祛瘀生新治疗组(QYSX组)和乙酰半胱氨酸对照组(NAC组)4组,各10只。实验结束后(第36天)测定大鼠血浆中丙二醛(MDA)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)值。结果与空白组比较,CIH组大鼠血浆中的MDA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与CIH组比较,NAC组、QYSX组MDA、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与NAC组比较,QYSX组MDA、IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);QYSX组TNF-α水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛瘀生新方能减轻CIH大鼠体内的OS、炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of QuXinXin Fang on oxidative stress (OS) and inflammatory reaction in chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) rats and its preventive and therapeutic mechanism. Methods CIH rats were established by intermittent hypoxia / reoxygenation animal model. Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into CIH group, blank control group (QYSX group) and blank control group Acetylcysteine control group (NAC group) 4 groups, each 10. Plasma MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α were measured at the end of the experiment (day 36). Results Compared with the blank group, the levels of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α in the plasma of CIH group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with CIH group, the levels of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-αwere decreased in NAC group and QYSX group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Compared with NAC group, the levels of MDA and IL-6 in QYSX group were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The level of TNF-α in QYSX group was significantly lower than that of NYS group (P <0.05). Conclusion QuHuShengFang can relieve OS and inflammatory reaction in CIH rats.
