Objective To understand the status of vaccination against immigrants in the United States and to explore the safety of the combination of multiple vaccines. Methods Two different methods of random questionnaire and telephone feedback were used to collect and analyze the adverse reactions of vaccination. Results From July 2009 to December 2012, a total of 13,510 medical examiners were sent to the United States for immigration. A total of 12,633 vaccines were administered to those who received 1 dose or more of vaccines. A total of 40,704 doses of various vaccines were given. Among them, from September 2009 to December 2010, the overall rate of adverse reactions was 5.93%. There was no significant difference in the time between vaccination and vaccination and the age of vaccinated persons (P> 0.05). From January 2011 to December 2012, the overall adverse response rate was 0.20% using telephone feedback. Conclusions It is safe to carry out multi-vaccination inoculation among applicants to the United States.
