以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用改进溶胶-凝胶法,通过浸渍-提拉工艺在低温条件下制备了锐钛矿纳米TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱对所制备的TiO2薄膜的晶型结构和光谱特性进行了分析,并利用紫外光照降解亚甲基蓝溶液来评价所制备薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明:经过陈化和水浴处理后,钛酸丁酯完全水解,所得TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿结构,对紫外光表现出较强的吸收特性。低温水浴处理有利于提高薄膜的光催化活性。
Anatase nano-TiO2 films were prepared by immersion-pulling process using butyl titanate as raw material and modified sol-gel method. The crystal structure and spectral characteristics of the prepared TiO2 thin films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis absorption and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared films was evaluated by UV-light degradation of methylene blue solution . The results show that after the aging and water bath treatment, the butyl titanate is completely hydrolyzed, and the obtained TiO2 film has an anatase structure and shows strong absorption characteristics to ultraviolet light. Low-temperature water bath treatment is conducive to improving the photocatalytic activity of the film.
