基于我国在增长过程中所表现出的能源瓶颈与“十二五”数量化节能减排目标,本文在产业维度上构建了我国能耗强度的影响因素模型,分析了技术、投资、结构、禀赋等因素对产业能源消耗的影响,结论表明:不同产业间能耗强度的影响机制具有明显的差异。就影响因素而言,产业结构的变化确实显著影响能耗水平,虽然我国能源消费中所表现出的能源消费结构的不断优化对降低能耗作用明显,但我国产业发展中的资本深化却提升了产业的能源消费密度。能源消耗的总量压力将长期存在。此外产业能耗特征差异必然导致不同的节能政策路径,符合产业实际的差异化节能政策将更为符合我国的能耗实际。
Based on the bottleneck of energy in China’s growth and the goal of “12th Five-Year Plan” to quantify energy saving and emission reduction, this paper constructs a model of the influencing factors of energy intensity in our country and analyzes the relationship between technology, investment, structure , Endowments and other factors on the energy consumption of industry, the conclusion shows that: the impact of energy intensity between different industries have obvious differences in the mechanism. In terms of the influencing factors, the change of industrial structure does have a significant impact on the level of energy consumption. Although the continuous optimization of the energy consumption structure demonstrated in China’s energy consumption has obvious effects on reducing energy consumption, the capital deepening in China’s industrial development has been enhanced Industry’s energy consumption density. The total pressure on energy consumption will persist. In addition, the differences in energy consumption characteristics of industries inevitably lead to different energy-saving policy paths. In line with the actual industry, the differentiated energy-saving policies will be more in line with China’s actual energy consumption.
