本文对７６例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者，应用单剂量枢复宁，联合其它止吐药物预防化疗引起的恶心呕吐，其中２１例患者（对照组）既往应用常规止吐方案，化疗方案相同情况下，在不同的化疗周期，进行自身对照比较。结果发现：单剂量枢复宁控制急性恶性呕吐有效率为９２．１％，与对照相比较，具有统计学差异，而且，该方案具有在化疗不同周期使用，疗效相近，毒副反应不增加的特点。
In this article, 76 patients with chemotherapy for malignant tumors were treated with single-dose shufuning and combined with other antiemetic drugs to prevent chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Among them, 21 patients (control group) had conventional antiemetic regimens, and chemotherapy regimens were the same. Self-control comparisons were performed at different chemotherapy cycles. The results showed that the effective rate of single-dose shufuning control of acute malignant vomiting was 92.1%, which was statistically different from that of controls. Moreover, this protocol was used in different cycles of chemotherapy with similar curative effect and no increase in toxic and side effects. Features.
