现代建筑工程中,钢结构是较普通的结构形式之一,鉴于该结构的各种优点和潜力,其发展空间越来越大。随着钢结构的使用越来越多,那么其设计和制造以及安装都技术方面也提高很快。到目前为止,钢结构已经被运用在各个行业各个建筑中了。钢结构主要是采用由冷弯型钢构件构成的三角型屋架体系,这样就大大增加了建筑的抗震性。而且,钢结构的重量轻、整体刚性好、强度高、变形能力强,增强了建筑的抗风性。由于钢结构的本生性质和特殊性,还具有耐久性和舒适性等各种性能。许许多多的优点给钢结构带上了光环,同时也为它的质量戴上了紧箍咒。要提高其质量,对于高强钢超长缝的焊接就尤为重要了,超长焊缝的质量好坏直接关系着该建筑的承受力和使用力。
In modern construction, steel structure is one of the more common forms of structure. Given the advantages and potential of the structure, its space for development is growing. The quality of long and long welds is directly related to the bearing capacity and serviceability of the building.
