随着社会经济的不断发展,国际间的竞争也日趋激烈,生产力的不断发展使得各国家对于精尖人才的需求也更加旺盛。中国作为世界第一人口大国,人力资源虽然十分丰富,但是我们必须得认识到,我国的人力资源管理方面的欠缺还是非常大的。为了使我们中国在国际竞争中占据更大的优势,人力资源的开发与管理越来越成为中国大多数企业发展的重大课题。本文就如何有效地提高人力资源管理能力进行分析与论述,旨在为学者之后准确、全面的把握人力资源的开发与管理提供些许浅显的意见和建议。
With the continuous development of social economy, the competition in the world is getting fiercer and fiercer. The continuous development of productive forces has also made the demand of all countries more sophisticated. As a country with the largest population in the world, China has abundant human resources. However, we must realize that the lack of human resources management in our country is still very large.
