制作大白兔双侧腓骨骨折模型,分治疗侧与对照侧。用直流电强电场仪治疗,治疗后28、35及42天分3批处死,对骨痂中不同组织进行了组织形态计量学分析。结果表明,3批动物中治疗侧外骨膜显著增厚,外及内骨痂组织中板层骨相对体积含量较非治疗侧明显增高,而不成熟的骨痂组织(矿化软骨、编织骨等)低于非治疗侧,提示电场治疗有促进骨痂成熟的作用。采用同种电场仪对8例骨折不愈合的病例进行了治疗,在基本未改变原固定的条件下,7例获得愈合。
Rabbit bilateral fibula fracture model was made, divided into treatment side and control side. After being treated with DC electric field apparatus, the wounds were sacrificed on day 28, day 35 and day 42 in three batches. The histomorphometric analysis of different tissues in callus was performed. The results showed that the thickness of the periosteum was significantly increased in the three groups of animals, and the relative volume contents of lamellar bone in the outer and inner callus tissues were significantly higher than those in the non-treated side. However, the immature callus tissues (mineralized cartilage, braided bone, etc.) ) Lower than the non-treatment side, suggesting that the electric field therapy can promote callus maturation. 8 cases of fracture nonunion were treated with the same electric field instrument, and 7 cases were healed under the condition of unchanged the original fixation.
