赏识教育是世界著名的六种教育方法之一。我国的赏识教育是人民教育家陶行知教育思想的继承和发扬。现代著名的教育家周弘老师经过近三十年的理论研究、教育实践和亲身体验,一直致力提倡赏识教育,他认为:没有种不好的庄稼,只有不会种庄稼的农民;没有教不好的孩子,只有不会教的父母或老师!孩子品学不行,老师也不应埋怨孩子,不论是农民还是老师,出现问题时都应该从自己身上找原因,改进自己的培育技术和育人方法,这就是赏识教育的原理。进入中技学校的学生很多都经历了中考的挫折,他们是以中考失败者的心态接受中技教育的。在初中时他们受批评多,受表扬少,缺少自信。这就要求中技学校的教师必须坚持以人为本的教育理念,要时刻捕捉学生身上的闪
