目的探讨镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管在Duckett术尿道下裂修复中的应用效果。方法 2007年1月～2010年8月,应用镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管行Duckett术修复136例尿道下裂,均为Ⅰ期尿道重建,术后2～3月取出镍钛记忆合金尿道支架。结果术后随访6个月～2年,发生尿瘘7例,尿道狭窄1例,手术成功率为94.1%(128/136)。结论镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管能很好地预防尿瘘及尿道狭窄的发生,提高Duckett术成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of nickel-titanium memory alloy urethral stent in the repair of hypospadias by Duckett’s surgery. Methods From January 2007 to August 2010, 136 cases of urethral hypospadias were repaired by Duckett technique of NiTi memory alloy urethral stent. All of them were stage Ⅰ urethra reconstruction. NiTi urethral stent was removed from February to March after operation. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. There were 7 cases of urinary fistula and 1 case of urethral stricture. The successful rate was 94.1% (128/136). Conclusion NiTi memory alloy urethral stent tube can well prevent the occurrence of urinary fistula and urethral stricture and improve the success rate of Duckett operation.
