根据岩石爆破破碎原理提出了煤巷掘进“双小”(小直径炮眼和小直径药卷 )爆破参数的理论计算方法 ,在此理论研究的基础上进行了现场试验。结果表明 :合理的“双小”直径为 ,钻杆直径Φ30mm ,钻头直径Φ32mm ,炮眼直径Φ34~ 35mm ,药卷直径Φ2 7mm .同普通爆破相比 ,可提高钻眼速度 1 0 %~ 1 5 % ;减少炸药消耗 2 5 %~ 30 % ;提高掘进工效 1 0 %~ 1 5 % .从而可提高掘进速度和降低掘进成本
According to the principle of rock blasting and crushing, a theoretical calculation method of blasting parameters of “double small” (small diameter blasthole and small diameter coil) is proposed. On the basis of this theoretical study, field tests are carried out. The results show that the reasonable “double small” diameter is that the diameter of the drill pipe is 30mm, the diameter of the drill is 32mm, the diameter of the hole is 34mm to 35mm and the diameter of the medicine roll is 27mm.
