该文针对阳泉某综合办公楼开裂变形情况，分析了该建筑物沉降开裂的原因，提出了基础托换的设计方案及施工工艺，成功地进行了基础托换处理，收到了良好的效果。 In this paper, the cracking deformation of an integrated office building in Yangquan was analyzed. The cause of the settlement cracking of the building was analyzed. The design scheme and construction technology of the foundation underpinning were proposed. The foundation underpinning treatment was successfully carried out and good results were obtained.
