目的设计某医用直线加速器治疗室的屏蔽墙厚度,探究理论计算和仿真模拟在治疗室屏蔽设计中的应用价值。方法结合GBZT 201.2-2011和NCRP REPORT No.151报告,对某医用直线加速器治疗室进行屏蔽计算,并用Monte Carlo方法进行模拟验证。结果理论计算与Monte Carlo模拟验证结果较为一致,各关注点剂量率均小于上限值2.5μSv。结论通过理论计算结果与Monte Carlo模拟结果的比较,得出结合两种方法能更好地进行治疗室屏蔽墙厚度的设计。
Objective To design the shielding wall thickness of a medical linear accelerator treatment room and to explore the application value of theoretical calculation and simulation in shielding design of treatment room. Methods Based on the reports of GBZT 201.2-2011 and NCRP REPORT No.151, the shield of a medical linear accelerator treatment room was calculated and verified by Monte Carlo method. The results of theoretical calculations and Monte Carlo simulation results are more consistent, the dose rate of interest are less than the upper limit of 2.5μSv. Conclusion By comparing the theoretical calculation results with the Monte Carlo simulation results, it is concluded that the combination of the two methods can better design the thickness of the shielding wall of the treatment room.
