社会主义学校教育的根本任务是提高全民族的思想道德和科学文化素质,培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义的建设者和接班人。作为全面发展教育有机组成部分的体育,必须为育人这个目标做出贡献。现代观点认为,体育绝不单纯是身体教育,而是通过身体的育、养、练而对人进行的全面发展的教育。我们探索学校体育的改革,不能不从这个基本观点出发。 The fundamental mission of socialist school education is to raise the ideological and ethical standards, scientific and cultural qualities of the entire nation and cultivate the builders and successors of socialism with an all-round moral, intellectual and physical development.
