我国工业化发展进程不断推进,能源过度消耗、环境污染严重,违背了可持续发展理念。基于此,党和国家提出了节能环保理念,并将该理念渗透至社会各领域中,环境法应运而生。不同于其他部门法,环境法作为一项基础法律,具有独特性,在具体教学中,很多高校对于环境法教学不够重视,存在教学模式僵化、内容繁杂等问题,而建构主义以其自身灵活性等优势,能够突出学生的主体地位,培养学生创新能力,提高学生专业水平。本文将从环境法课程特点入手,梳理建构主义理论的形成过程,并分析其独有的优势,然后结合环境法教学内容深入探究建筑主义实施的措施,最后针对常见的问题提出一些需要注意的问题。
The progress of industrialization in our country has been continuously promoted. Over-consumption of energy and serious environmental pollution have violated the concept of sustainable development. Unlike other sectoral laws, environmental law as a basic law is unique. In specific teaching, many colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the teaching of environmental law. There are problems such as rigid teaching mode and complicated content. Constructivism has its own flexibility And other advantages, to highlight the dominant position of students, develop students’ ability to innovate, improve student professionalism. This article starts with the characteristics of environmental law course, combs the forming process of constructivism theory, analyzes its unique advantages, and then explores the measures of constructivism in depth with the teaching of environmental law. Finally, it puts forward some problems needing attention for the common problems .
