重点讨论高频信号激励下的感应同步器位移量调制解调原理,旨在解决传统低频激励方式下提高信噪比和提高分辨率之间的矛盾;最后给出了基于该原理的单片机鉴相型感应同步器位移计数器原理,较之传统的方法,其分辨率提高了1个数量级。
This paper focuses on the modulation and demodulation principle of the inductosynchronization under the excitation of high-frequency signals, and aims to solve the contradiction between improving the signal-to-noise ratio and improving the resolution under the traditional low-frequency excitation method. Finally, Inductance synchronizer displacement counter principle, compared with the traditional method, the resolution increased by 1 order of magnitude.
