高职教育的人才培养目标定位于为社会生产、建设、管理、服务等一线岗位培养高素质的技术技能型人才,顶岗实习是学生将理论知识转化为实际操作技能的重要环节,也是工学结合、校企合作的主要途径。高职人力资源管理专业由于其特殊性,实习单位一般可提供的对口岗位数不多,可接收的实习生较少,学校组织集中顶岗实习的工作难度大,普遍采用学生分散顶岗实习,这导致了顶岗实习的过程管理和质量监控难等问题。鉴于此,以高职人力资源管理专业的学生为研究对象,试行校内实习基地、创业孵化基地、行业协会订单式培养等顶岗实习的模式,以求较好地解决实习教师指导难、分散实习风险大等问题。
