对研制出的一种新型PRD钻开液——PRD弱凝胶钻开液体系进行了性能评价。认为要控制好PRD弱凝胶钻开液的性能,流型调节剂PF-VIS的加量是关键;PRD弱凝胶钻开液的粘度随着剪切速率的降低而急剧上升,显示了其优良的井壁携砂带砂性能;PRD弱凝胶钻开液体系具有较好的高温稳定性;PRD弱凝胶钻开液体系在低剪切速率的高粘度,大大高于传统聚合物钻井液,有利于在大斜度井携带岩屑以及防止岩屑床的形成。PRD弱凝胶钻开液体系在NB35-2油田的成功试用,解决了传统PRD钻开液在应用中存在的振动筛跑浆和破胶难等问题。
A new type of PRD drilling fluid - PRD weak gel drilling fluid system was developed for performance evaluation.
