为获得梅园水厂清水泵站机组在额定转速、切削叶轮后及降速运行条件下的性能,作者对其进行了现场测试.针对现场具体条件,提出了用五孔探针测量流量的方法.并根据测试结果,对泵站的优化运行方案进行了讨论,认为采用重新设计叶轮比其他方案有明显提高机组效率、节约电能、节约改造投资等优点.
In order to obtain the performance of the Meiyuan Waterworks Clean Pump Station unit under rated speed, after cutting the impeller, and under reduced speed conditions, the author conducted a field test. Based on the specific conditions of the site, a method for measuring the flow rate with a five-hole probe was proposed. According to the test results, the optimized operation plan of the pumping station was discussed. It is considered that the redesigned impeller has the advantages of significantly improving the unit efficiency, saving electric energy, saving conversion investment, etc. compared with other schemes.
