牛奶对人体的作用主要有两个方面:一是牛奶中所含糖类、淀粉和脂肪主要转化成热量,为人体活动提供能源;二是牛奶中蛋白质、无机盐等营养素可促进人体发育和增强体质。如在早餐时空腹喝牛奶,优质蛋白质和无机盐等营养素,会“被迫”转化成热量消耗掉,造成浪费。即使是饮奶时吃些面包等淀粉类食品,由于上午人体活动量大,也难免出现营养利用上的不合理现象。如果早饭时吃足了淀粉类食物,两小时后转化成足够的热量能源,再饮杯奶,它的滋补成分可达到最高水平并收到最佳效果。
