社会主义市场经济体制企业环境保护的地位有待进一步加强。通过强化环保宣传提高环境意识，以规划为龙头加大环保科研开发力度，完善和强化建设项目环境管理制度并做到企业污染防与治的有机结合等渠道建立起新的环境管理模式。同时建立和健全各项政策措施与模式配套形成一个新型的社会主义市场经济体制下的企业环境管理体系。
The status of enterprises in the socialist market economy system for environmental protection needs to be further strengthened.
