本土代工制造企业单纯嵌入全球价值链(GVC)并不能实现其功能升级。知识经济时代,帮助代工制造企业寻找到一种有效的知识传导机制对于企业的发展至关重要。代工制造企业在积极融入全球价值链和国家价值链(NVC)双重网络的过程中,可充分挖掘网络资源,通过与网络成员的良性互动来获取自身发展所需的知识、信息、技术等资源。站在代工制造企业的立场,研究其知识获取的路径,可建立一个在GVC和NVC双重嵌入中的本土代工制造企业与其他组织间的知识传导模型。本土代工制造企业通过整合全球范围的资源,在本土市场和全球市场两个层面与外国企业开展竞争,这将有利于中国代工制造业在中国经济适度开放的条件下实现国际国内双重循环,最终有可能获得全球价值分工体系中的均衡关系,甚至占据主导地位。
