高管薪酬分配制度作为按劳分配制度体系中的一部分,受到社会的广泛关注和重视,其公平性问题成为舆论关注的焦点。本文结合既往文献的研究成果,在对比分析薪酬公平不同测度方法的基础上,对薪酬公平的测度方法进行了改进,构建了高管薪酬公平性测度的跨层次模型,以期为高管薪酬公平性的量化研究提供一个新的思路。
As part of the system of distribution according to work, the compensation system of senior executives receives wide attention and attention from the society, and its fairness has become the focus of media attention.
