目的探讨PDCA管理模式在病房物资管理中的应用效果。方法将PDCA管理模式应用到病房物资管理中,制订出病房物资的使用要求和具体措施,以提高病房工作质量及工作效率,使每位护理人员养成良好的工作习惯。结果运用PDCA模式管理法后,物资管理中出现的混装、找物资耗时多、清洁不彻底、物资积压、过期等问题得到明显的改观,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病房物资管理中应用PDCA模式管理法,能降低成本、大大提高医护人员的工作质量及工作效率,保障医疗护理安全,以及具有便捷、高效及持续改进的优点,具有可操作性,值得提倡和推广。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA management model in ward material management. Methods The PDCA management mode was applied to the ward material management to formulate ward supplies requirements and specific measures to improve ward work quality and work efficiency so that each nursing staff to develop good working habits. Results After using the PDCA model management method, the problems such as mixing, finding materials time-consuming, incomplete cleaning, material backloging and expiration in material management have been significantly improved.
