以果胶、壳聚糖为原料,在室温下聚合反应生成复合物,干燥成膜。通过匀浆处理制备光滑平整的复合膜后,研究果胶与壳聚糖反应比例、反应溶液pH值、匀浆时间对复合膜性能的影响,通过正交试验确定果胶-壳聚糖复合膜制备的优化工艺条件:果胶和壳聚糖比例3:1、反应溶液pH 4、匀浆时间30 s,在此条件下制得的果胶-壳聚糖复合膜的性能:拉伸强度(11.48±0.33)MPa,断裂伸长率(33.59±0.51)%,溶胀率(14.36±0.24)%。通过扫描电镜、原子力电镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射分析手段对复合膜的结构和特征进行表征,结果表明:果胶的羟基和壳聚糖的氨基发生交联反应,生成均匀网状结构的果胶-壳聚糖复合物,该复合物为无定形结构。通过匀浆处理,复合膜表面光滑,结构致密,具有较好的性能。
Pectin, chitosan as raw materials, polymerization reaction at room temperature to form a composite, dried into a film. The properties of pectin-chitosan composite membrane prepared under these conditions were as follows: Tensile strength 11.48 ± 0.33) MPa, elongation at break (33.59 ± 0.51)% and swelling rate (14.36 ± 0.24)%. The structure and characteristics of the composite membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (TEM), infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the hydroxyl groups of pectin and amino group of chitosan were cross-linked to form a uniform network Pectin-chitosan complex, which is an amorphous structure. By homogenization, the composite membrane surface is smooth, compact structure, with good performance.
