为研究润滑条件对热轧高强钢板的组织和性能的影响机理,对热轧坯料分别进行了润滑和不润滑两种轧制,并对两种轧制条件下的钢板进行了显微组织观察及力学性能测试.结果表明:润滑条件对铁素体区热轧高强IF钢的屈服强度(σs)、抗拉强度(σb)、总延伸率(η)和n值影响不大,但对r值和Δr值有显著的影响.在未润滑条件下轧制的钢板的r值(0.96)明显低于润滑条件下轧制的钢板的r值(1.27),|Δr|(0.465)值则明显高于润滑条件下的|Δr|值(0.075).使用润滑轧制可以获得具有优异深冲性能的高强IF钢板.
In order to study the mechanism of the influence of lubrication conditions on the microstructure and properties of hot rolled high strength steel sheets, the hot rolled billets were respectively lubricated and non-lubricated.
