目的 分析眼眶原发恶性淋巴瘤的治疗方法。方法 １５ 例眼眶原发恶性淋巴瘤均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。 Ａｎｎ Ａｒｂｏｒ 分期：Ⅰ Ａ 期１１ 例，Ⅱ Ａ 期４ 例。放射治疗剂量３０ ～５８ Ｇｙ ，３ ～６ 周。结果 １ ，３ ，５ 年局部控制率分别为９４ ．１ ％ ，９２ ．３ ％ 和９２ ．３ ％ 。３ ，５ ，１０ 年生存率分别为１００ ％ ，９０ ％ 和７５ ％ 。有５ 例疾病进展。结论 放射治疗为主要治疗手段。推荐放射治疗剂量为３５ ～４５ Ｇｙ ，３ ．５ ～４ ．５ 周。不需行淋巴引流区预防照射。对恶性程度高及有眶外侵犯者应加化疗。
Objective To analyze the treatment of orbital primary malignant lymphoma. Methods 15 cases of primary orbital malignant lymphoma were non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Ann Arbor staging: Ⅰ A 11 cases, Ⅱ A 4 cases. Radiation therapy dose of 30 ~ 58 Gy, 3 to 6 weeks. The results of 1, 3, 5-year local control rates were 94. 1%, 92. 3% and 92. 3%. The 3-, 5-, 10-year survival rates were 100%, 90% and 75% respectively. There are 5 cases of disease progression. Conclusion Radiation therapy is the main treatment. Recommended dose of radiotherapy 35 ~ 45 Gy, 3. 5 ~ 4. 5 weeks. Do not need lymphatic drainage area to prevent irradiation. On the high degree of malignancy and orbital invasion should be added chemotherapy.
