[目的]建立小鼠棘阿米巴性脑炎模型.[方法]经鼻腔滴注给ICR小鼠接种赫氏棘阿米巴,感染后每天观察病程变化并记录死亡例数.取死亡小鼠一半的脑组织匀浆置于铺了灭活处理大肠杆菌的琼脂培养基上培养,观察棘阿米巴的生长情况;取另一半脑组织行HE染色观察病理学改变.[结果]棘阿米巴感染后1周开始可见死亡小鼠,实验组小鼠脑组织中可观察到棘阿米巴生长.脑组织HE染色观察可见棘阿米巴滋养体浸润,其周围有炎性细胞浸润.[结论]应用鼻腔滴注法成功建立了棘阿米巴性脑炎模型.
[Objective] To establish a mouse model of Acanthamoeba meningitis. [Methods] ICR mice were inoculated intranasally to inoculate Hemiphyllum hippophae, and the changes of course were observed daily and the number of death cases were recorded. Half of the brain homogenates were cultured on agar medium with inactivated E. coli to observe the growth of Acanthamoeba; the other half of the brain tissue was observed by HE staining to observe the pathological changes. [Results] The dead mice were observed at 1 week after infection, and the growth of Acanthamoeba was observed in the brain tissue of mice in experimental group.Among them, infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed in the brain tissue by HE staining, Conclusion] The rat model of Acanthamoeba meningitis was successfully established by nasal instillation.
