1990年9月份以来,南昌型钢厂一轧车间对维修工人试行“设备维护分区责任制”的管理方法,收到了较好的效果。 该厂设备维护分区责任制内容包括: 1.定人定区:车间按生产性质共分成加热、轧钢、精整三个区。每个区定三名钳工、二名电工、一名电焊工。钳工、电焊工实行常白班作业,电工实行跟班作业。 2.明确职责:每个区域内部所属设备的日常维护保养,月底检修,原始记录收集,备件制作等设备维修管理工作,由本区责任维修人员负责完成。
