高温涡街流量传感器是根据卡门涡街理论,采用高温压电陶瓷制成的敏感器件,本传感器使用PNC型改性偏铌酸铅高温压电陶瓷。这种陶瓷的主要参数为Tc 562[℃]、Kt 0.14、d_(33) 76[pc/N]、ε_(33)~T/ε_o~v220。文章给出了主要压电参数的温度特性和PNC型高温涡街流量传感器的实测参数及主要技术性能。
High-temperature vortex flow sensor is based on Karman vortex theory, the use of high-temperature piezoelectric ceramic made of sensitive devices, the sensor uses PNC-type modified lead niobate high temperature piezoelectric ceramics. The main parameters of this kind of ceramic are Tc 562 [℃], Kt 0.14, d 33 (33) 76 [pc / N] and ε 33 (33) T / εo 2o. The article gives the temperature characteristics of the main piezoelectric parameters and PNC-type high-temperature vortex flow sensor measured parameters and the main technical performance.
