以波动理论力学为基础,定性分析了液压凿岩机在进行凿岩作业的过程中,钻杆回弹现象及不利影响。为了克服这种不足之处,设计了一种用于吸收钻杆回弹能量的液压缓冲装置,采用MATLAB/Simulink工具箱对该装置进行了动力学仿真建模。以某型号液压凿岩机为例,计算得出相关结构件的运动性能曲线。该研究对于提高液压凿岩机的寿命,特别是钎尾和钻杆的寿命提供了理论参考。
Based on the theory of wave theory, the springback phenomenon and adverse effect of the drill pipe during the rock drill operation are qualitatively analyzed. In order to overcome this deficiency, a hydraulic buffer device was designed to absorb the rebound energy of the drill pipe. The device was modeled by using MATLAB / Simulink toolbox. Taking a certain type of hydraulic rock drill as an example, the kinematic performance curve of the related structure is calculated. The research provides a theoretical reference for improving the life of hydraulic rock drill, especially the life of the shank and drill pipe.
