如何能大幅度地提高短跑成 绩,一直是困扰中学业余田径训练的突出问题。经过实践和在借鉴他人练法的基础上,发现计时跑对短跑速度的提高有很大的帮助。短跑的成绩取决于加速跑、途中跑、冲刺跑三方面的能力,现就计时跑对这三个方面的影响作以下分析。 一、计时跑在加速跑中的应用 加速跑是从腿蹬离前起跑器到途中跑之间的一个跑段。它要求运动员有良好的技术和爆发、反应、加速能力等,尽快获得高速度。在良好的技术基础上,计时跑对加速跑能力的提高有很大帮助,常用的训练方法有: (一)站立式起跑30、40、50米等的计时跑。 (二)蹲踞式起跑30、40、50米等的计时跑。 (三)30米下坡跑计时。
