目的通过对一起急性环氧丙烷中毒事故的现场卫生学调查,探讨中毒原因,总结经验教训,防止类似事故发生。方法按现场职业流行病学调查方法进行,并结合现场检测结果及临床表现进行分析。结果现场调查储罐曾用于储存环氧丙烷,事故现场采集的空气样品经气相色谱分析储罐顶端入口处和储罐底部环氧丙烷浓度分别为126~260 mg/m3和1 316~1 450 mg/m3,超限倍数达290倍,结合临床表现确认为环氧丙烷急性中毒。结论本次环氧丙烷中毒事故的发生原因是企业员工在密闭空间作业未按《密闭空间作业职业危害防护规范》(GBZ/T205-2007)的要求操作所引起的,提示密闭空间作业的职业危害防护应引起企业重视。
Objective To investigate the causes of poisoning through an on-site hygiene investigation of an acute propylene oxide poisoning accident and summarize the experiences and lessons learned so as to prevent similar accidents. Methods according to field occupational epidemiological survey methods, combined with field test results and clinical manifestations were analyzed. Results The field survey tank was used to store propylene oxide. The air samples collected at the scene of the accident were analyzed by gas chromatography. The concentrations of propylene oxide at the inlet and the bottom of the tank were 126-260 mg / m3 and 1 316-1 450, respectively mg / m3, over-fold times up to 290 times, combined with clinical manifestations as acute poisoning of propylene oxide. Conclusion The reason for the accident of propylene oxide poisoning is that employees in the confined space did not operate according to the requirements of the Code of Occupational Hazards Prevention in Confined Space Operation (GBZ / T205-2007), suggesting that occupational hazards in confined space operations Protection should attract business attention.
