为了改善采掘机械重载齿轮齿根的应力集中,提高抗弯强度,齿根设计成单圆弧大圆角比两段圆弧组成的大圆角更为有利。文中首先推导出齿根单圆弧最大半径,再根据单圆弧齿根不发生过渡曲线干涉的条件推导出允许的齿轮单圆弧半径。取二者中的较小者作为齿根单圆弧半径。文中还提供了满足任意齿数配对小齿轮不发生过渡曲线干涉的大齿轮齿根单圆弧半径计算公式,以及精加工齿根预留凹量的计算公式。对切削此种齿轮齿根的刀具也作了计算和探讨。
In order to improve the stress concentration at the tooth roots of heavy mining gear and improve the flexural strength, it is more advantageous to design the tooth root into a single round arc with a larger round corner than the round corner with two arcs. In this paper, the maximum radius of a single circular arc of a tooth root is deduced first, and then the permitted single circular arc radius is derived according to the condition that the single arc root does not interfere with the transition curve. Whichever is the smaller of the two as the root radius of the tooth root. The paper also provides a formula for calculating the single root radius of the gear tooth root and the formula for calculating the reserved concave amount of the root tooth without any transitional curve interference. On the cutting of such gear tooth root cutter also made calculations and discussion.
