细胞通过自噬-溶酶体途径降解老化的胞内成分或外来异物,在调节细胞代谢、维持细胞稳态和疾病发生发展中发挥着重要作用。秀丽隐杆线虫作为一种重要的模式生物,具有操作便利、遗传背景明确、易于观察且费用低廉等优势,近年来越来越多地用于自噬调控机制和自噬相关疾病的研究。本文对以秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式生物在感染性疾病、神经退行性疾病、缺氧缺血性损伤和肿瘤疾病等自噬相关疾病研究中的现状和进展作一综述。
Cells through the autophagy - lysosomal degradation of aging intracellular components or foreign objects, in regulating cell metabolism, maintaining cell homeostasis and disease play an important role in the development. As an important model organism, C. elegans has the advantages of convenient operation, definite genetic background, easy observation and low cost. It has been used more and more in autophagy regulation and autophagy-related diseases in recent years. This review summarizes the current status and progress of C. elegans as a model organism in the study of autophagy-related diseases such as infectious diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, hypoxic-ischemic injury and oncological diseases.
