针对无称重给煤机机组因无煤量信号而无法实现燃烧自动的难题,对其燃烧控制系统进行了重建,得到了基于给煤机转速的风煤比控制方案,并在某无称重给煤机的500 MW超临界机组进行了给煤系统重建方案.结果显示:重建的风煤比控制系统解决了原系统中燃烧无序控制状态,使锅炉效率提高了0.38%,厂用电率下降了0.16%;证明该燃烧控制重建方案对解决同类问题具有较高的参考价值.
Aiming at the problem that the unmanified coal feeder unit can not realize the automatic combustion due to the coal-free signal, the combustion control system is reconstructed, and the coal-air ratio control scheme based on the coal feeder speed is obtained. Coal-fired coal-fired 500 MW supercritical unit was rebuilt. The results show that the reconstructed coal-to-gas ratio control system solves the problem of disorderly control of combustion in the original system, increases the boiler efficiency by 0.38%, and the plant electricity rate A decrease of 0.16%. It proves that the plan of combustion control and reconstruction has a higher reference value for solving similar problems.
